The majority of our sales staff has their professional engineering license and has spent their fair share of time in a boiler room.

The following is a list of a few of the tangible advantages E-Tech offers.

• Heavier wall tubing, .120 MW (.137 AW) is standard for even the lowest pressure box economizer.

• All pressure parts receive 10% radiography. This means 1 of every 10 welds are X-rayed. This is not a code requirement, but an E-Tech commitment to quality. All economizers meet or most likely exceed ASME code guidelines for Section I or Section VIII service.

• Every tube to header saddle weld receives 100% dye penetrate testing by an E-Tech level II quality control inspector.

• E-Tech can provide all the components of a new economizer installation or retrofit. Ductwork, support steel, dampers, feedwater piping, safety relief valves and stacks are just a few of the options E-Tech can provide. E-Tech is your single source packager.

• Hot forged return bends can be provided for additional wall thickness.

• Need guaranteed performance? The specification sheet provide in our proposal is just that, guaranteed performance.

• Heavy wall casings are available - 1/4" or 3/8"

• Quick delivery? E-Tech can do it. 250,000 lb/hr economizer needs to be on site in 3 weeks? E-Tech has done it. E-Tech maintains a large stock of all the critical components of an economizer (tubes, returns, etc.). Expedited delivery is readily available on 30 day turnaround.

• E-Tech stock components are stored in an indoor or weather protected environment.

• E-Tech will provide you with prompt approval drawings. Do you want your approval drawing to scale in electronic format? Just let us know.

• Economizer, ductwork, ladder & platforms and support steel. It has to work first time in the field. E-Tech will test fit all components together in the shop before any piece is ever shipped to our customer.

• Need help getting it there? No surcharges on shipping with E-Tech. All shipping is done at cost. Freight can be handled a number of ways - prepaid and added to invoice, third party billed or collect. We can arrange shipment or you can.
